Constitution and Bylaws - Proposed Amendment Changes for General Council Comment

Below include changes to our Constitution and Bylaws approved by the Constitution Committee. This document is subject to change, and additional changes may be made.
Additional proposed changes to the Constitution and Bylaws include:
- Removal of language regarding the Secretary of the Interior
- Resolution of typos and OCR errors
- Clarification of all mentions of “member” vs. “enrolled member”
Enrolled Members of the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska are invited to attend Constitution and Bylaws Committee Meetings.
