Johnson O’Malley Program School Supply Distribution
You will need to bring the following:
- Completed Application (You can also email applications to jomiowatribe@iowas.org.)
- Two proofs of address (utility bill, car registration, etc.)
- A photo ID of the parent or guardian
- CDIB card or letter from the Tribe stating enrollment eligibility
School Supply Distribution days:
- 8/1/2023: 5:30 to 7:30 PM
- 8/3/2023: 5:30 to 7:30 PM
- 8/5/2023: 10 AM to Noon
