Position: Grey Snow Management Solutions is looking to hire a full time Hemp Farm Manager. This positon will report to COO of Grey Snow Management Solutions.
Qualifications/Experience: Experience working in Agriculture in a supervisory role preferred knowledge of soil science, able to work in all climates/outdoors, must have valid drivers license and high school diploma/GED.
Job Requirements: This position may require you to work nights, weekends and holidays. Job duties will consist of planting, harvesting, and drying of crops, scheduling of hemp and vegetable production, managing crop production cycles of field and greenhouse, develop cultivation plans, supervise employees, organize and document daily/weekly/monthly process of crops, ensure facilities and farm are pest-free, ensure legal compliance of cultivation procedures, inspect quality of harvest, diagnose and resolve plant health issues. Other duties may be assigned.
